Since the founding of the firm it has exclusively represented federal government contractors. He is admitted to practice before all Boards of Contract Appeals, GAO, SBA, Court of Federal Claims, Federal District Courts, Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Power Law Office provides legal services and advice to federal government contractors. We represent government contractors across the nation. The majority of our clients are small government contractors in the service and construction industries. Because the Federal government is the primary source for business with our clients, we normally have a long term relationship with the government contractors we represent. Typically we provide advice and counseling to our clients on how to avoid or resolve problems during bidding and performance, but we also provide litigation support for bid protest to the General Accountability Office (GAO), as well as litigation and appeals of claims to the Boards of Contract Appeals, Court of Federal Claims, Federal District Courts, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Presently the firm employs two California certified paralegals, one of whom has ten years of experience with the firm working with federal government contractors. An administrative assisstant completes the firm's employees. The firm uses technology to provide efficient and timely performance for its clients. The use of faxes, and now e-mail and internet technology, allows almost instant transmission of communications and contract documents with our clients across the country.
